Do you provide a WhatsApp number?

No. The number always belongs to the clinic. On all three plans, we deliver the official Meta connection already set up — mirroring the account you already use or on a dedicated account. If you leave, the number goes with you.

Do you charge per doctor or per professional?

No: the price is per clinic, and users (logins) are unlimited on all three plans. What changes is how many healthcare professionals have a schedule (1, 5, 25), clinics (1, 1, 5), AI agents (1, 1, 3) and channels (1, 2, 5).

Can I change plans later?

Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately, charging only the prorated difference; downgrades take effect on the next cycle.

The agent connects to regular WhatsApp by scanning a QR Code, like WhatsApp Web. There is no message cost, but it depends on the phone being on and connected.

Connection through Meta's official API using the WhatsApp Business account the clinic already has. The app keeps working on the phone and the agent answers in parallel.
